I'm a creative therapist, dad, friend, carpenter, dancer, lover of life and nature and all it has to offer.

My life has been quite a journey of ups and some downs. I am grateful to the many people that have supported me to make changes that have enriched my experience of life. I've become a much more contented, playful and authentic man along the way.

Blessed

 I feel blessed to find myself accompanying others in making changes in how they live their lives and finding new, more nourishing ways to realise their rightful place on earth and in amongst their community. I work both in my sunny home just above Poppit Sands and on the many spectacular coastal paths and woodlands walks, around me.
