Moving Out Of Lockdown.

A one day movement and reflective process group, co facilitated with my daughter Indigo Matthews, a contemporary dancer with a passion for working outdoors.

In this workshop we invite you to reflect on the past few weeks of lockdown, exploring through movement, drawing and sharing on what has been positive and not. We will focus on and carry forward helpful of being forward into our ongoing lives, as lockdown lifts, to avoid simply returning to how we used to live.

The day will be a rich and fun mix of meditation, movement, sharing, cooking together and walking in nature.

An opportunity to let go of the stresses that lockdown may have created, whilst incorporating perhaps the positives in how we move forward in our lives.

What's Our Body Asking For?

Another one day movement and reflective process group co-facilitated with my daughter Indigo Matthews.

In this workshop we invite you to explore and let go of the messages we carry and convey to our bodies daily, such as: "We must look and move like this, or that, to be ok"!

We will through a mixture of meditation, movement, heart felt sharing and enquiry step back and listen, experience and have witnessed what our bodies are needing to convey and how we might adopt that in our daily lives going forward.

The day will be rich, moving, loving and healing in a small group of eight. We will work both indoors and move in nature and nourish our bodies with food we cook together.

Possibly July 2020
Cost £35 includes shared lunch
